Repeat prescriptions have a list of medication printed on a tear-off section on the right hand side. You can tick off the medications needed and place in the red box in the entrance hall. These can be ordered by calling at the surgery during opening hours or post through the letter box when the Health Centre is closed.
If you do not have the right hand side of your prescription you can use a “Prescription Request Form” available at the Health Centre or to download from this web site.
You may now order repeat prescriptions online. Please contact your practice to register for this service.
The prescriptions ordered will be available for collection at the Health Centre 48 hours later during normal working hours.
If you would like your prescription collected by staff from one of the local pharmacies them please complete the “Prescription Collection Registration Form” and leave it in to reception. Please allow extra time for prescriptions ordered at the local pharmacy to be delivered to the Health Centre, processed and returned.
