Registering as a New Patient
All three practices accept patients who live within an 8 mile radius from Rathfriland. Call at the Health Centre or click on the link below to obtain a ‘new patient’ form. Return the completed form along with your medical card, proof of address and a form of photographic identification to the Health Centre. The GPs will then consider your request to register.
