Information on Appointments
Due to Covid-19 restrictions all routine face-to-face appointments have been suspended. However, we are still very much business as usual. You will be contacted by a member of staff if you are required to attend an appointment. If you have any questions or concerns please call your Practice and we will be happy to help.
Our receptionists are trained and advised by our GPs to collect information from all patients in order to ensure you receive the most efficient medical care. If an appointment is required your GP will telephone you and assess if your problem can be resolved via a Telephone, Video or Face to Face consultation.
If you have to attend the Health Centre for an appointment in the treatment room or with your GP or Practice Nurse please wear a face mask when you enter the building.
